Research phase

We'll start with the research. We'll call in the discovery session and identify your customer personas. Later we'll discover your customer's journey and your brand's main attributes so that we know how to approach your target audience in terms of design, mood, and motion. Then we'll present you with three different moodboards to put you into perspective with the final product.

Pre-production phase

After research, we'll move on to the pre-production phase. Our team will draft the script targeted at your customers, or we'll create a storyboard based on your script. Based on the feedback on the moodboards, we will pick a frame from the storyboard and create 3 styleframes to present to you. Once you confirm a styleframe, we will apply that style to the rest of the storyboard and create a rough motion video called an animatic.

Production phase

This is where the fun begins. We will start with the voiceover. We will have the script recorded and start working on the animation. We will usually divide the animation phase into 3 updates. Meaning, if the video is 1 minute long each video would be in increments of 20 seconds. Once that's sorted, we'll hand over the animation reel to the sound design department. This is where we would add sound effects and music.
